Abstract: The measurement of Carbon emissions is the core issue in the research fields of carbon emissions. According to the thought of consumer’s carbon footprint and considering the direct carbon emissions and indirect carbon emissions of industries, this paper uses input-output method to accurately measure complete carbon emissions and marginal complete carbon emissions of 42 industries in China. This paper also analyzes the industries of which the carbon emissions are large or small, and import and export of industries carbon. On the base of carbon emissions and influences, we classify the industries and put forwards policy recommendation for industry development. The paper provides the theoretical basis for industries sustainable development and is of high reference value.
