摘要/Abstract

摘要： 内容提要：本文利用浙江省投入产出表和相关的房地产业统计数据，在定性分析基础上，定量研究了浙江省房地产业的产业功能，否定了房地产业是浙江基础产业、先导产业、主导产业和产出、就业支柱产业的观点，证实了房地产业是浙江财政收入支柱的论断。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the input-output table and related statistical data of the real estate industry of Zhejiang province, this paper studies the industry function of real estate industry, negates the real estate industry as the basic sector, first developed sector, outputs or employment pillar sector and confirms that real estate is the key financial pillar of Zhejiang province.
