Abstract: The paper of “The Analysis of Capital Flow between Countries Based on Global Flow of Funds Matrix” written by Li Baoyu and Wang Tao was published in the fourth issue of Statistical Research 2016. Professor Zhang Nan put forward some questions in his paper of "Research and Practice of International Capital Circulation Statistics and Discussion with Li Wen" Published in the twelfth issue of Statistical Research 2016. In this paper, the research background, the prerequisite conditions, the assumptions and the calculation methods of the international flow of funds are explained.
