摘要: 本文结合基于预期收入的人力资本存量和基于投资成本的人力资本形成流量估算结果,应用永续盘存公式,计算出我国1953-2002年间人力资本折旧率,得到人力资本升值的经验证据。

Abstract: incorporate income-based human capital measure and cost-based human capital accumulation, we apply perpetual inventory formula, calculate the depreciation of human capital of china in 1953-2002, and find the empirical fact of human capital appreciation.
