中国能源增强型技术进步率及要素替代弹性的测算

摘要: 本文构建了我国1980-2011年的标准化要素增强型能源CES生产函数模型和标准化供给面系统,通过将四方程供给面系统转化为单方程后再采用DE非线性最优化算法的方法直接估算我国能源增强型技术进步率及要素替代弹性。结果表明:(1)(KE)L嵌套的CES生产函数形式结构比较符合中国的实际;(2)我国能源与资本的工程替代弹性估计值为0.345,能源增强型技术进步年均增长率为2.6%。

Abstract: This paper constructs a normalized energy CES production function with factor-augmenting technical progress and a normalized supply-side system to measure the elasticity of substitution and the rate of technical progress of China from 1980-2011 using DE non-linear optimization method by converting the four equation of supply system to one equation. We find two important results. First, the energy CES function with (KE)L form is more suitable for China. Second, the elasticity of substitution between capital and energy is 0.345, and the rate of energy-augmenting technical progress is 2.6%.
