摘要： 内容提要：随着经济的发展、科技的进步和知识经济的逼近，人在经济发展中的作用越来越突出。女性人才资源作为一支重要的队伍，其素质的高低，影响到一个国家、一个民族的文明程度。本文通过对我国女性人力资本存量状况的阐述，深入分析了我国女性人力资本投资的现状，并提出了加强我国女性人力资本投资的政策建议。

Abstract: Abstract: With economic development, technological advances and knowledge economy approach, the role of human in economic development becomes more and more prominent. Being an important group, the quality of female human resource can influence a country and a nation’s civilization. Based on the elaboration of Chinese female human capital stock situation, this paper deeply analyzed current status of female human capital investment and proposed a series of policy recommendations to strengthen the female human capital investment.
