本文认为张尧庭先生统计教育思想的突出之点,是充分利用人们的常识(或从简单的事实出发)进行推理,而且常常能够达到很抽象的高度;反过来,这又能诱导学生进行更深入的学习与探索,因而极具推广的价值。

Abstract: One of Professor Zhang Yaoting’s statistical education thoughts is that he was able to develop mathematical reasoning upon common sense (or from well-known simple facts) to naturally reach the abstract theoretical level. This, in turn, can lead the students to go deep into the topics learned so far. Such teaching methodology is worthwhile to widely apply.
