摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于历史原因和近几年高校科学事业的快速发展，现有的R&D统计口径不能如实地反映高校R&D活动的真实状况。本文在总结OECD手册关于高校R&D统计的原则和我国高校现有R&D统计口径的基础上，指出造成R&D统计混乱的原因，并借助高校收入类会计科目对R&D统计口径进行重新认识，最后就完善我国高校R&D统计工作提了几点具体建议。

Abstract: Because of the historical reason and the fast development of higher education in recent years, current R&D’s statistical scope can’t describe the true condition of R&D activity. After tallying up an OECD manual concerning the principle of higher education’s R&D Statistics and current R&D’s statistical scope in Chinese higher education, this paper points out the reason why the statistical scope is in disorder, then re-defines it according to income accounting of higher education, and finally puts forwards some suggestions for R&D statistics in Chinese higher education.
