Abstract: This paper has made detailed discussion on restrictive factors and difficult points in measurement of generalized agro-technology and the way how to solve them. In accordance with the characteristics of annual changes of sowing areas and often happening pf natural disasters in the process of agricultural production, the authors suggested a corrected formula for the corresponding output value; and also made detailed theoretical analysis on depreciation trend of rural capital investment and showed its efficient value( net value of capital investment). Then, on the basis of the practical model of technical progress measurement for economic system, a theoretical model of generalized agro-technical measurement was set up. And finally, a case study was made.
