Abstract: GNI is one of the key indicators of macroeconomic statistics; the data quality of GNI is a topic of crucial importance. The paper carries out the research on the data quality of china’s GNI on the basis of SNA principles as well as the practices of China. Firstly, it investigates the revision of the GNI historical data, researches the consistency of GNI and BOP& Flow of funds accounts, and compares the data of WB and UN with the data of China National Bureau of Statistics. It suggests that the quality of GNI data in China has improved gradually, the consistency of GNI statistics with BOP& Flow of funds accounts has also improved as the modification of BOP& Flow of funds accounts. Through the comprehensive consideration of the graphs, descriptive statistics, the correlation coefficient and other factors, it shows that the GNI data of NBS surpasses those from the World Bank and United Nations.
