Abstract: The main data sources of government statistics -- statistical survey, faced with difficult predicament in recent years, such as the growing burden of investigation, increasingly cost and non-response. Based on foreign experience, we knew improving the proportion of administrative records in government statistical could deal with these troubles. By analyzing the theory, realistic basis and technical supports, and comparing the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign government statistics on the use of administrative records, the article summarized the path and proposed five proposals for our country’s administrative records used in government statistics.
