摘要/Abstract

摘要： 全文三个部分：第一部分阐述2008年SNA中的经济所有权概念；第二部讨论引入经济所有权概念后，海外加工货物和转手贸易处理的变化，以及新处理方法对于国民账户的影响；第三部分探讨引入经济所有权概念和核算原则后中国国民经济核算面临的问题。

关键词: 经济所有权, 国际贸易, 国民账户

Abstract: There are three parts in this paper. The first part expounds the concept of economy ownership in the SNA2008. In the second part, the paper discusses when the economy ownership are introduced in the national accounts, the changes of treatment on ‘goods send abroad for processing’ and ‘merchanting’, and the impact of new treatment on national accounts. In the third part, we study the issues and problems on Chinese national accounts when economy ownership are used.
