摘要/Abstract

摘要： 内容提要：联合国开发计划署（UNDP）提出的人类发展指数（HDI）是否能够准确地测度人类发展的程度？本文从基础数据问题、权重分配问题、计算方法问题以及可持续发展问题等四个主要方面对近期学者关于HDI的批评文献进行了归纳分析和评论。基本结论是：HDI在衡量人类发展最基本的三个维度起到了至关重要的作用，但在上述四个方面都存在一定缺陷，亟需进行修正和扩展。

Abstract: Abstract: This paper reviews the literatures about the criticism on HDI by some scholars from four aspects: basic data, weight assignment, computational method as well as sustainable development. The conclusion is that HDI plays a very important role on the three elemental dimensions of human development and has certain shortcomings in the above four aspects which is urgently to be revised.
