摘要： 内容提要：通过对2004年吉林省经济普查数据及相关统计年鉴数据进行分析，明确吉林省现代服务业现状，找出其存在的问题，并在此基础上提出相应对策。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the data of economic census and relevant statistical yearbook in 2004, this paper analyses the status of modern services industry of Jilin Province, points out the problem of its development, and puts forward some suggestions to promote its development.
