摘要/Abstract

摘要： 未被观测经济在我国已经形成了相当规模，对国民经济的正常运行造成了不容忽视的影响。然而中国的未被观测经济规模究竟有多大，不同学者根据不同的方法给出了不同的估计。本文从未被观测经济在整个经济系统中的逻辑地位入手，根据结构方程原理，构建了中国的MIMIC模型，刻画了1985年以来未被观测经济在我国的发展态势，并以经济普查的实际数据为依据估算了历年未被观测经济规模NOE与GDP之比率，得出了较为客观的结论。

Abstract: Non-Observed Economy (NOE) has formed a considerable size in china, which has great influence on the operation of national economy. However, how big size the NOE of China is, researchers give out different estimations by different methods. This paper investigates the logical status of NOE in the whole economic system and sets up the MIMIC model of China according to the theory of structural equation modeling (SEM). At the same time, this paper describes the trend of NOE in China since 1985, gives the estimations of NOE/GDP each year based on the data of economic census and draws a good conclusion.
