Abstract: This paper would present the characters of the recent international shift of industries, and analyses the advantages of China in this field. It also describes the current condition of this kind of shift to China,especialIy the trend of industry shift from main countries and areas. Finally it makes some positive suggestions of dealing with such shift to China.
