Abstract: After thinking over the reform of enterprise statistics in recent years, authors indicate the necessity of statistical industrialization and that both government statistics and department statistics should serve the enterprise. Meanwhile, statistical workers of enterprises should enter into the market and participate in the restructuring of human source.
