Abstract: In accordance with the present situation of national economy of our country, the author has raised the proposal to timely alter the way of macro regulation, with the emphasis on reinforcing management of demand and enhancing income level of those with lower income, in order to promote the developmental momentum of high growth, high employment and low inflation.
