Abstract: It goes without saying that fund play an important role in economic development as “blood” of economic cycle. In recent years, the moderate tight macro-regulation policy were adopted by the government in investment, credit, and finance in order to hold down inflation and improve macroeconomics environment. However, it also brought about the contradiction of overall macroeconomics situation going better and part microeconomics difficulties going worse under this economic policy and macro-background. Short fund was often thought to be first important factor caused the worse difficulty in enterprises production. To counter this issue, the author tries his best to objectively analyze the reason for short fund from the view of fund supply and use.
