Abstract: Several sample sizes are needed to be calculated in the multistage sampling, but this issue has been scarely touched upon in the textbooks and theses related to sampling survey. This paper has put forward a method which is very useful and easy to deal with in determine the sample sizes of multi-stage sampling, and solved a difficult problem in the multi-stage sampling.
