Abstract: This thesis investigates the macroeconomic effects of the waste recycling process, to prove the efficiency of recycling economics in a profile. We use Keynesian multiply theory as a theoretical framework to evaluate the potential results of an increase in waste recycling on the GDP and employment. A math model is built to prove that, the process of recycling could improve variable of macroeconomics remarkably，the deeper the degree of recycling the more it will influence the macroeconomics. With particular reference to China, an empirical verification is given.
