摘要： 综合评价在国民经济和社会发展的各个领域得到了广泛的应用，但在其理论与实践中仍存在诸多问题需要进行深入系统的思考与探讨。本文针对综合评价领域的几个相关问题进行评述与探讨，并提出作者的一些看法。

Abstract: Synthesis evaluation has broad applications in national economy and social development. However, there exist certain problems in its theoretical background and practical application which need to be discussed. In this paper we review these problems and put forward some ideas and opinions.
