Abstract: In this article, we introduced the theory of Moore-Penrose inverse matrix into the input-output analysis and resolved the problem of compiling the rectangle UV input-output tables under the hypothesis of product technology. We put the same position completely between the hypothesis of product technology and the hypothesis of section technology in the theory of input-output analysis.
