Abstract: Input-output table is the easiest accounting method in amalgamating with the traditional system of national accounting, but it needs very large amount data that cannot be acquired under the present statistic status quo. In this paper, the authors explore a different environmental-protection accounting method which uses the existing data sufficiently.
