Abstract: The current indicator system reflecting the technical transformation investment statistics was gradually established to suit the need of economic management system of highly centered plan economy, it had undergone much reform since more than ten years, but it still not fit for the system of socialist market economy and the need of implementation of new SNA, it is needed to further reform and improve the statistical indicator system and refine the calculation method for important indicators. The paper made analysis on the current indicator system of technical transformation investment from the different aspects such as indicator connotation, statistical coverage, industry management and etc.
