Abstract: From the theoretical and practical aspects, the author analyze the impacts of monetary fluctuation on financial revenue and expenditure since the reform and opening to outside world. The impacts of monetary fluctuation on financial revenue and expenditure are conducted by the output and price. The paper discusses the fluctuational characteristics and interconnections of currency, output, price and financial revenue and expenditure in the process of conduction. Then a model describing the impacts of M2 on financial revenue and expenditure through conduction of output and price is established.
