Abstract: Under solow’s condition, the value input-output equilibrium equations do not definitely acquire solution with economic meanings, unexceptional case is given. However, adding and additional condition to Solow’s one, solution with economic meanings can be acquired, and the theoretically strict demonstration are showed.
