Abstract: This paper examines the effects of technological innovation on trade competitiveness in China. On the basis of technology trade theory, an econometric model which cooperates technological innovation with factor endowments is presented. The results obtained indicate technological innovation of manufacturing sectors have positive effect on its trade competitiveness but different significance among sectors and also proposals are given for policy making.
