Abstract: The level of per capita disposable income of urban residents is related to the level of residents’ living standard, and it is also an important indictor to evaluate government’s performance and to reflect the course of completely building fairly well-off society. In order to figure out the relationship among income distribution, economic growth, area financial feature, employed rate, political effort and government transfer payments ability, we find out what problem we are facing and the income potential of urban residents. By using Markway analysis software and Eviews software and building mathematical model, this paper researches the constitutes of disposable income and quantitatively analyzes the factors of effecting residents’ income so that we can master the increasing rule of residents’ income and find out effective ways to increase residents’ income.
