摘要: 企业与机关事业单位职工的养老待遇差距是目前社会各界较为关注的问题,本文运用统计和精算方法,对两个部门的养老金待遇差距进行定量分析。同时,结合养老金制度差异的经济学分析,进一步分析差距产生的原因,探讨养老保障制度和谐发展的有效途径。

Abstract: There has been a significant difference on pension benefit between private sector and public sector in China. This article makes quantitative analysis of the benefit difference between two sectors through statistical and actuarial methods, discusses the underlying reasons of the difference, and tries to find out the appropriate approach to the solution.
