摘　　要:本文讨论了几种常用的综合评价方法，总结了这些方法的特点和适用条件。通过对这些综合评价方法的研究，尤其是对功效函数法进一步的对比分析后，对其中的指数功效函数进行了改进，改进后的方法具有更优良的数学性质和经济涵义，更适合于社会经济指标体系综合评价指数的编制。

Abstract: Abstract:This paper reviews some methods of comprehensive evaluation and point outs the teatures and premises of these methods. In this article, a modified exponential effective function, which has better mathematical characteristics and effectiveness of evaluation, is invented by comparison with other effective functions. It can also reflect the rule of progressive decrease of marginal gains in economics.
