摘要/Abstract

摘要： 20世纪80年代中期以来，中国工业的结构发生了较大的变化，在这个变化过程中，结构升级效应十分显著；并且，外资工业在中国工业的结构变化与升级过程中起着控制和主导作用。本文人为，中国在利用外资推进工业结构调整和升级时，要注重消化吸收能力的培养，做到“为我所用”；同时，要加大科技研发投入，提高自主创新能力，以增强内资工业对于中国工业结构调整和升级的控制和主导作用。

Abstract: Since middle 1980’s, the great change has taken place in China’s industry structure, especially the notable industry upgrading effect of it. And in this process, foreign capital industry plays controlling and leading role. Therefore, China should culture the digesting and absorbing abilities while making use of foreign capital. At the same time, China should encourage domestic industry to improve independent innovation ability to strengthen it’s controlling and leading role in the process of structure adjustment and industry upgrading in China’s industry.
