摘要： 摘　　要:社会主义新农村建设是科学发展观的本质要求。本文以2006年中共中央一号文件和科学发展观为指导，研究农村信息化建设与发展问题。本文认为，信息鸿沟是我国城乡差距逐步拉大的重要原因；农村信息化是落实科学发展观，统筹城乡经济社会发展和建设社会主义新农村之路。

Abstract: Abstract:New socialist countryside construction is the essential demand of practicing the scientific view of development. This paper discusses the problems of informatization construction and development in countryside based on the No. 1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2006 as well as the scientific view of development. The author thinks the digital divide contributes to widening gap between urban and rural areas,and informatization of the countryside is the way to adhere to the scientific view of development. Informatization also coordinates the economic and social development in beth urban and rural areas, it helps to build new socialist countryside.
