上海市资源水价确定方案研究

Abstract: Water resource value is the important institution of the sustainable utilization of water resource. And water resource price institution is the difficult thing. Water resource is a very complex system and using fuzzy mathematics can evaluate these interactive parts. Then the water resource price can be gained from the model. In here, Shanghai is taken as the case studying and we make out the fuzzy evaluation matrix of water resource value based on those statistic data. Then we calculate the Shanghai water resource price 0.57yuan per cubic kilometers. It says the Shanghai water price should be raised but it must be lower than 0.54yuan per cubic kilometers.
