摘要: 研究将生态系统稳定性的研究理念引入到生态安全系统评价中,选取中国三大海域沿海城市生态安全系统为研究对象,采用结构方程模型分析生态安全系统的运行机制,识别系统内部物质、能量流转的路径及强度。在验证过的生态安全系统结构及路径系数的基础上,研究采用生态网络的研究方法,构建生态安全系统的物质能量流转的动力学方程,测度生态安全系统的稳定性评价指标对三大海域沿海城市生态安全系统的状况进行评价比较。研究结果表明:三大海域沿海城市生态安全系统内部呈现出差异化的框架结构,构建不同的物质能量的流动网络;同时,研究对三大海域沿海城市生态安全系统稳定性进行比较分析:南海区域处于成熟稳定阶段,东海区域处于发展稳定阶段,黄渤海区域则处于初始不稳定阶段。

Abstract: This paper introduces the research theory on stability of the ecological system into the assessment research on the ecological safety system. Taking the ecological safety systems in the coastal cities along the Chinese three seas as the research focus, this paper is to analyze the operational mechanism of ecological safety systems, and identifies the flow paths and intensity of the material and energy within these systems. Based on the verified structure of the ecological safety systems and the function coefficients, this paper employs the ecological network analysis method(ENA)to build up the material and energy flow dynamical equations for ecological safety systems and to measure the assessment indicators (channel capacity, system polymerization, system redundancy) on the stability of the ecological safety system in order to conduct an assessment and comparison on the ecological safety systems in the coastal cities. The results show that the ecological safety systems have exposed the differences in their framework structure and build up their own flow networks of materials and energy along these three seas. At the same time, a study shows based on comparison analysis of the stability of the ecological safety systems in the coastal cities along these three seas: the ecological system along the South China Sea is at the stage of mature stability, that along the East China Sea at the stage of developing stability and along the Bo-Yellow Sea at the stage of initial instability.
