摘要: 针对群组评价过程中子群评价意见的集成问题,本文提出了一种基于信息熵理论的链式评价机制。首先,对评价主体和被评价对象进行分子群,以避免“逐一评价”方式对评价结果的不利影响;其次,利用“链式关系专家”的评价信息修正不同群组之间打分的不一致性,调整子群间平均分和标准差的差异对总排名的影响,以提高基于子群的群组评价的共识度。同时,根据信息熵理论对专家的评价信息进行筛选,避免个体对总体评价的影响;最后,给出了应用算例,结果表明方法具有可操作性和必要性。

Abstract: For the integration issues of subgroup in the process of group evaluation, this paper proposes a chain evaluation mechanism based on information entropy theory. Firstly, this paper divides evaluation subjects and objects into subgroups in order to avoid the negative impact of evaluation one by one. Secondly, to improve the consensus degree of group evaluation, this paper uses evaluation information of chain-relationship experts to amend the inconsistent scores and to adjust the differences in average and standard deviation between subgroups. At the same time, filtering evaluation information according to the theory of information entropy can effectively avoid the effect of individual on overall. Finally, a numerical example shows the feasibility and necessity for the proposed method.
