Abstract: In the past three decades, service trade has been playing more and more important role in world economy. Meanwhile, more attentions from academic researchers are paid to the subject. Some researches focused on the positive effect of openness of the market policy on both industrial and overall economic performance, while others used economic models to investigate the influence of service trade on global economy integration. This paper, however, tries to discuss statistical problems confronting service trade and concluded that transport service export had been undervalued. Service export data should be adjusted to show the real picture before any further study is made.
