摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章对中国、美国和日本基本单位（企业登记）名录库建设的历史和现状进行了比较分析，对建立和完善我国基本单位名录库的有关问题进行了深入思考，提出成立国家基本单位名录库建设领导小组等六条建议。

关键词: 经济普查, 基本单位名录库, 企业登记名录库, 抽样框

Abstract: This paper made a comparative analysis of the establishment and improvement among Chinese basic-units-database、the U.S. business registration and Japanese Establishment and Enterprise Database. It also had a deep thinking on the problem of basic-units-database, and proposed the establishment of Nation-Leading-Group and other recommendations.
