Abstract: The paper classifies the indictors of multi-object sample into two categories, i.e., high cost indicators and low cost indicators starting from survey cost. The authors analyzes the theoretical problems of sample design of multi-object survey under such classification, present multi-object sample design methods under the constraint of cost and conducts experimental analysis as well.
