Abstract: This paper is based on the former research of Evaluation and Comparison of Regional Informatization Level of China Between 1995 and 1995. In this paper, the authors improve the former indicators system and method to evaluate and compare the regional informatization level between 1999 and 2001. The authors also raise several suggestions of policy deciding.
