Abstract: Based on “Annual Model of China’s Macro-economy”, the authors make preliminary prediction of the development trend of China’s macro-economy in 1996 and 1997, and hold that the whole economy in 1996 keep up a relatively high growth momentum, the evident results have been made in restraining flation, this development trend will be maintained in 1997. However, the problem of unemployment is noticeable with passing days, multi-policy should be adopted to solve it.
