Abstract: Technical analysis is widely applied to investment at present. In this paper we study three principles on financial technical analysis: dual principle, fast-slow line principle and principle of suitability. It is possible to explain some important rules in financial technical analysis, e.g. Moving Average Convergence & Divergence and relative Strength Index, while those principles is being used.
