Abstract: The paper formulates a kind of National Income flow statement by reference to matrix fund flow statement so that it can be used for the in-depth researches into income distribution and disbursement transaction. Moreover, national income flow statement is associated with the input-output table and flow of funds table. The paper then builds a national income flow model which is connected with input –output model and flow of funds model.
