Abstract: The socialist market economic system is closely related with the fundamental system of socialism. The statistical agencies should strengthen the monitoring of the fundamental system of socialism. The paper discusses the four aspects of statistical monitoring of ownership, income distribution system, macro-economic regulation and anti-corruption. The conclusion is that various types of monitoring indicators should be taken as important components of improving indicator system and survey and analysis methods.
