Abstract: Carrying out an additional investigation to non-response units is an important means to solve omission data problems in statistics investigation. Usually there exist two basic forms: one is repeating inquiries, the other is doing second sampling. However, even additional investigation is employed, non-response problems are unavoidable. Therefore, the adjustment of data is often needed. The paper mainly discusses the problems mentioned above.
