Abstract: In the method of energies consume auditing to our whole society, there are still some differences between the macroscopic monitor of the nation as well as provinces and the basic level of the city-county classes’ check. This text is established in the actual operation of the grass roots, to expound the problems about the method of obtaining the accounting data and the feasible calculation of data in city-county class. This text makes a feasible speculation to specific valuation in auditing. Furthermore, it also gives some suggestions to the whole social comprehensive energy consumes in city-county class.
