摘要： 本文利用超越对数生产函数的随机前沿模型,基于经过普查修订的历史数据，对改革开放以来中国服务业技术效率进行测算，发现其效率演进过程存在阶段性特征，1992年为分界点，其后产生区域差距问题，差距的拉开主要发生在东部与中、西部之间。鉴于服务业技术效率阶段性演进与区域差距的问题，本文分阶段、分地区对技术效率影响因素进行实证研究。

Abstract: Based on the revised historical data by National Bureau of Statistics according to the first economic census, this paper uses the stochastic frontier model of translog production function to calculate the technical efficiency of service industry since China’s reform and opening up. We find that 1992 is the turning point in efficiency evolution process and then the efficiencies of regions appear different. Because of the feature of stage-evolution and the problem of regional disparities, this paper does further research on factors of technical efficiency according to different stages and different regions.
