Abstract: Abstract: At present, a series of problems existing in the governmental comprehensive statistics are the difficulty of meeting the ongoing demands of macro-control management, insufficient capability of anti-interference into data and distortion of statistics at the grassroots, which hinders the proper implementation of concept of scientific development. The key problem lies in the irrational design of related management systems and lack of changing ability with the times. This paper suggests that the solution should be put on building of national authorized coordination organizations, improvement of evaluation of officials’ achievements, reduction of workload at the grassroots and standardization of design management of statistical system on the basis of the guidance of concept of scientific development and focus on management of statistics according to law.
