摘要: 内容提要:房地产市场是一个非常复杂的市场,其价格决定除受一般的经济学规律影响外,购房者的心理因素对房价的影响也非常大。但是,到目前为止,对于心理因素在消费者购房决策中的影响,在国内讨论的还不多。本文通过对我国长三角地区购房者的问卷调查发现,心理因素对购房者购房决策的影响是巨大的,在此基础上,本文还对最近我国宏观调控下房地产市场一些典型性事实进行了解释。

Abstract: Abstract:The real estate market is an extremely complex market, besides the general economic rule, home-buyer’s psychological factor extremely affects the house price. But the effect of psychological factor on home-buying decision is in less discussion in China. Through home-buyer’s questionnaire survey in long triangle area of China, this paper finds out that home-buyer’s psychological factor affects huge policy-making. Based on the results, this paper has also explained some typical fact in real estate market under macroeconomic regulation and control.
