摘要: 技术创新协同是粤港澳大湾区建成世界级城市群、国际科技创新中心的核心要义。本文以合作申请专利信息为依据,借助社会网络分析方法,从城市创新协同网络、组织创新协同网络、个体创新协同网络3个维度,分析了粤港澳大湾区协同技术创新演化过程及机理。研究发现:①粤港澳大湾区城市间技术创新协同具有地理邻近特征,地理距离较近的城市更利于开展面对面的直接互动与交流,提升了技术创新协同和再创新的速度;②粤港澳大湾区组织间技术创新协同具有组织邻近特征,组织属性相似的协同双方,更易于建立信任关系和业务往来,从而促进技术创新协同;③粤港澳大湾区个体间技术创新协同具有技术邻近特征,具有亲缘关系的集团企业,因技术相近、业务相同而更易于技术创新协同、转移和吸收;④应结合国家战略和地方发展需求,利用活跃的市场经济优势,从城市、组织和个体角度,推动粤港澳大湾区技术创新协同发展。

Abstract: Technological innovation synergy is the core of building a world-class city cluster and an international science and technology innovation center for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Based on the information of cooperative patent application, this paper analyzes the evolution process and mechanism of cooperate technology innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from three dimensions, namely urban collaborative innovation network, organizational collaborative innovation network and individual collaborative innovation network, with the help of social network analysis method. The findings are as follows: ① Technological innovation synergy among cities of GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the characteristic of geographical proximity. Therefore, cities with relatively close geographical distance are more conducive to face-to-face direct interaction and exchange, and accelerate the technological innovation synergy and re-innovation. ② Technological innovation synergy among organizations of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the characteristic of organizational proximity. Thus, the two parties with similar organizational attributes are more likely to establish trust and business contacts, so as to promote technological innovation synergy. ③ Technological innovation synergy among individuals of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the characteristic of technological proximity, so group enterprises with kinship are easier to synergize, transfer and absorb technological innovation because of similar technology and the same business. ④ We should promote the coordinated development of technological innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspectives of cities, organizations and individuals, taking into account the national strategy and local development needs and taking advantage of the active market economy.
